How is FC2000 used?
Remove all excess water from the area by either draining or sweeping the water off. Then place 1/4 to 1/2 inch of FC2000 on the area. Wait 3-5 minutes and rake the product into that area. You will now be ready to play ball.

What will FC2000 do for the footing on the ball field?
FC 2000 does an excellent job of not only drying the field but also firming the field to its original texture.

Is FC2000 environmentally safe?
Yes, FC2000 is environmentally safe and does not leave any type of unwanted residue on the fields.

What events have used this product in the past?
FC2000 has been used in state high school tournaments, CABA International Baseball Tournaments, American Legion Baseball Tournaments along with numerous high school and softball tournaments around the country.

Is FC2000 uniform friendly?
Yes, unlike some other products that leave minuet sharp particles that will tear into not only the uniforms but into the skin and cause unnecessary injury. FC2000 dries and absorbs the moisture and leaves no unnecessary residue on the field.

What is the shelf life of FC2000?
As long as FC2000 is stored in a dry location it will keep it's absorbency and drying power for years.

Is there any special procedure the one should follow in applying FC2000 compared to any of the other products?
Yes, with all of the other products they want you to either drag or rake the field before applying their product. FC2000 is applied to the field immediately after all excess water has been removed.

What difference will one see after using FC2000 compared to other products on the market?
The first thing will be it's quick absorbency and it's drying power. Second you will notice that you will use a third as much product as you would with any of the other products on the market. Third you will notice that the playing condition of the field is so much better. The field will be firmer with less chances of injury due to bad footing.

If there was a 2-4 inch rain, would we have to cancel the game?
Definitely not. There were 13 fields in the CABA Tournament that received four inches of rain. After brushing off the standing water on the infield and then apply a quarter to half inch of FC2000 on affected areas. Wait 8-10 minutes and then rake thoroughly all affected areas until water is absorbed.

What would happen if there is rain during or after the game?
Then apply FC2000 to the wet areas according to the directions on the bags. This product can also be applied and raked into the ground before the game starts if rain is in the forecast.

Will the playing surface be slippery after a rain?
Absolutely not. FC2000 is known for it's great traction ability. This is why so many coaches appreciate this product, due to the superb traction on the pitcher's mound.

Are there any other benefits?
You will use about a third of FC2000 compared to most other products. Coaches, fans, and families want the fields to be as safe as possible. Scheduled games can be played even though there has been a heavy rain. Canceled games, traveling to sites, and returning without playing the game are not only expensive and time consuming but rescheduling, finding fields and umpires will be a thing of the past.
