Industial Uses

How does FC2000 differ from all of the other products on the market?
First of all, most of the other products use the principle of having the liquid that they are trying to collect, stick or adhere to their product. There is no type of absorption or drying present with this principal in use.

What type of spill will FC2000 work?
FC2000 will work on any and all industrial spills. That includes oil, gasoline, antifreeze, liquid chemicals, grease and acids if they are neutralized

What other areas could FC2000 be used in the work?
FC2000 can be used on slippery surfaces due to humidity or water spills. It also works exceptionally well on icy surfaces. FC2000 not only gives you the traction you desire but when the ice starts to melt due to increased temperature, FC2000 absorbs the excess water and the traction that you desire is still there.

How do you dispose of the waste material after FC2000 has been used?
That will vary due to the laws and regulations of each state or local government. FC2000 is environmentally safe but certain states regulate the disposal of oil, gas and chemicals differently. Check with your own local and state agency on how best to dispose of the waste.

What is the best way to use FC2000 on any type of spill?
First cover the spill with between 1/4 to 1/2 inch of FC2000 and let the product absorb and dry the spill. This will take between 3-5 minutes. Then collect the material and dispose of properly.

Can FC2000 be used again and again after using it on a spill?
Yes, it can be used again and again except when used on gasoline. Due to the fumes from gasoline, that waste should be disposed immediately.

Will FC2000 be safe around animals and vegetation?
Yes, FC2000 is environmentally safe around all animals and any type of vegetation.

How much FC2000 do we use compared to any other products on the market?
You will use between 1/5 to 1/3 of the amount of FC2000 compared to any other product because of the absorbency and drying power of FC2000.

What is the shelf life of FC2000?
If FC2000 is stored in a dry location, it's absorbing and drying power will last for years.
